FixGPT does not sell brand-owned repair, warranty service, government filing, emergency security response, password reset, account recovery, or credential-recovery services. Customers pay only the amount shown before checkout, and card payments should be processed by a PCI-compliant merchant gateway.

By using FixGPT, the customer agrees to provide accurate information and complete payment before live support starts.
Payment
The customer pays the selected amount shown at checkout. The billing descriptor should appear as FixGPT Support or the descriptor configured with the approved merchant gateway.
Merchant processing
Production payments should be processed through a PCI-compliant merchant gateway such as Stripe, Authorize.Net, Square, PayPal/Braintree, NMI, Clover, or Adyen. FixGPT should store receipt records only, not raw card data.
Service scope
Support may include business IT guidance, technical documentation, accounting record support, and taxation record organization based on the details provided by the customer.
Advertising and merchant disclosure
FixGPT is an independent provider and does not claim affiliation, endorsement, warranty authority, account ownership, or brand-owned repair authority for third-party products or services. Technical guidance is offered for business service records and configuration planning only.
Business service scope
FixGPT service pages are intended for business technology guidance, document organization, service coordination, receipts, and customer records. FixGPT does not advertise consumer technology repair, password reset, account recovery, emergency security response, or services that only a product owner can provide.
Records
Payment receipt, service request, date, time, IP, and approximate location details are stored in the customer service record.
Appointments
If a live agent is not available, the support desk may help schedule an appointment for follow-up.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for sharing correct contact, billing, account, document, tax, and issue details.

For payment questions, duplicate charges, refund review, or receipt requests, customers can contact support@fixgpt.com or 913-244-1007 with customer ID, receipt ID, and payment date.
Limitations
Accounting and taxation support is guidance based on customer-provided records and does not replace legal representation. FixGPT does not provide emergency security response, password reset, account recovery, credential recovery, or services that only a product owner, bank, government agency, or platform provider can perform.
Privacy Policy
FixGPT collects only the information needed to create, process, and support paid service requests.
Information collected
Name, phone, email, issue details, payment receipt, appointment, IP, and approximate location record.
How it is used
Information is used for support delivery, payment records, customer portal history, appointment management, and admin review.
Staff access
Agents see assigned service details with customer phone and email hidden. Admin users can review full records for operations.
Payment data
FixGPT should store receipt-style payment records, transaction status, gateway name, billing descriptor, and last four card digits only when provided by the gateway. Raw card data should be handled by the merchant gateway.
Customer access
Customers can sign in with customer ID and email to view service history, documents, receipts, and appointments.
Data protection
Production deployment should include encrypted storage, secure authentication, access logs, and gateway-managed payments.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to keep service payments clear, traceable, and fair for customers and staff.
Initial chat fee
The $2 initial live-agent charge opens the service record and support chat. This fee is generally non-refundable once chat access has started.
Monthly service
The $50 monthly service payment can be reviewed if the service was not used or if the request was charged incorrectly.
Duplicate charges
If a duplicate payment is made, the customer may request a review by sharing the customer ID, invoice number, receipt ID, and payment date.
Disputes
Disputed payments are marked in the dashboard and reviewed with chat, ticket, appointment, receipt, gateway, IP, and location records. Customers should contact FixGPT before filing a chargeback so the support team can review the record.
Processing time
Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet system.
Non-refundable items
Completed support time, third-party software, government fees, penalties, external subscriptions, and customer-purchased tools are not refundable by FixGPT.
